The Natural Family Planning Teacher Association of Ireland is collaborating with the European Institute of Family Life Education to host a conference titled “Family, Life, Education; Our Hope for the Future” in Knock on October 4.

Two speakers will offer their expertise on each subject: Dr Fidelma Healy Eames of Study and Careers and Michelle Kelly of Pure in Heart Ireland on the topic of education, Patrick McCrystal of Human Life International and Sinead Strong of Catholic Mothers Ireland on the topic of family, and Dr Phil Boyle of NeoFertility and Kay O’Dwyer of NaPro and Fertility Care Centres Ireland on the topic of life.

The talks will include specific topics such as “Our fractured understanding of human sexuality, and the needed remedy” and “the vocation and true meaning of being a Catholic mother”.

The hope of the conference organisers is to promote Christian values within the factions of family, life and education to ensure the wellbeing of society.

The conference will take place at Knock House Hotel on October 4. Tickets are 60 euros and can be purchased via Eventbrite.
